1. Platform Usage & Authorization

The DemandAgri platform is a specialized Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) for regional agricultural management. Usage is restricted to authorized Regional Hubs, Cooperatives, and field agents. You agree to use the platform solely for legitimate agricultural operations, sustainability auditing, and financial coordination.

2. Data Integrity Standards

Authorized users are responsible for the absolute accuracy of field-captured data, including:

• GIS Perimeter Polygon data for plot mapping.
• Farmer identification (KYC) including NIN and BVN records.
• EUDR Compliance questionnaire responses.
• Harvest and warehouse intake metrics.

Falsification of data, particularly related to deforestation cut-off dates or carbon sequestration, constitutes a material breach of these terms.

3. Institutional Responsibility

Cooperatives and Regional Hubs are responsible for the actions of their assigned personnel. Accounts created by Hub Admins inherit the liability of the authorizing institution. You must ensure all personnel are trained in data privacy and security protocols.

4. Intellectual Property

The platform architecture, AI modeling for crop health (NDVI), and the DemandAgri branding are the exclusive property of Demand Technology Solutions LTD. Users retain ownership of their raw field data but grant the platform the license to process and aggregate this data for regional reporting and carbon credit verification.

5. Liability Limitations

DemandAgri provides AI-driven insights and risk scores as decision-support tools. Final operational decisions (e.g., credit disbursement or export lot certification) remain the responsibility of the authorizing institution.
